A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience — you simply rest while your guide moves you through layered sound waves (drums, and a range of other instruments) that shift your body and mind into deep relaxation.\nIt might sound a little “woo woo,” but the science is real: sound bathing has been shown to calm the nervous system, lower stress and blood pressure, ease muscle tension, and stimulate the vagus nerve — the body’s natural reset button.\n\nWe’re honored to welcome back Luca, whose masterful use of drums and sound created such a powerful experience last time in the Ashtakona at the Farmhouse of The Gratitude Spot.
