By registering for or attending our events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Respect other participants and our community guidelines
• Understand that event details (date, time, location) may change and we’ll notify you of any changes
• Follow any health and safety requirements for in-person events

We reserve the right to cancel or modify events if necessary.

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name and email address when you register for events to:

• Send you event confirmations and updates
• Communicate about future events (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe processes your payment information according to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at ciao@thegratitudespot.it. Refunds are available up to 2 days before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
